How many investigations into the same event? The issue isn't really about one investigation. It's repeated vexatious investigations over decades into the same event. That is persecution.
Piers, service in the SAS deserves respect, but it cannot make anyone immune from scrutiny. Allegations of unlawful killings require an independent investigation and due process. If the soldiers are innocent, the evidence should clear them. Calling an investigation “persecution” before it concludes does justice to no one.

According to my instructor who taught me in 1975, you should be able to see 1/3 of your car in the mirror, and 2/3 wide. When parking, it helps prevent kerb scuffing if you angle the nearside one so you can see the rear wheel.
