Big day for me!
3 months ago, I poured my heart into creating a valuable product.
Now full-time indie hacking—2nd day self-employed.
Proving I made the right choice.
Just launched my first product on Product Hunt.
Your support means the world! 🙏

3/7 I tested out different time intervals where the bot scraped the site ⏲️
Found out that 2-minute intervals worked well to avoid scraping too often and getting blocked, but often enough to alert about new cards before they sold out.
TL;DR:
😢 wanted to get GPUs but they were all sold out
🐍 build the bot with Python, BeautifulSoup, and Selenium
✉️ Scraped 4 GPU reseller sites and sent emails at 2-minute intervals when the cards were in stock
💰 Sold GPUs for $50k and a seat on the email list for $200
