I have quite a few clients that have been working hard to reduce expenses and save up so they can take some time off.
Those folks are wishing for a severance package.
An opportunity like this for them is a no brainer.
It also works out awesome for folks that are already far a long in the interview process with other companies. Maybe they get the offer before the deadline strikes and they’re able to cash out big time and get them way ahead on their goals.
Definitely tempting and worthwhile if you think you can capitalize on the time off or confident you can land a new role quickly.
