So yes this monitor is just basic cheats, but also they gave these out to a couple big streamers months ago under NDAs for “testing”.

Can you add harsher penalties for people who cancel within an hour. Even since this change I still get one “very smart” person a week who cancel a trade after 45-60 mins. Like can a guy take a break to eat and shower without losing a sale lmao.
With recent fluctuations in item prices, we're making our trade penalty system more strict with the following changes:
* If you are at fault for a trade, it will result in a 4% fine of the listing price (2% before)
* If a buyer cancels after 24 hours of the seller being unresponsive, the seller will be fined 5% of the listing price (4% before) and receive a warning on their account
Buyers can still freely cancel purchases after 30 minutes if the seller is unresponsive.
We'll continue to actively monitor and assess changes needed in this regard.

Also note they only have on 60-80% of their game. This guys win rating is 93%….31k elo….

Guy hasn’t lost more than 5 games since March. Account is clearly bought as well. With botted commendation, botted badges, steam lvl 255. Oh faceit lvl9, nvm page 404 not found 🤷

In the past few days tried to reach out to @Steam support to understand what's the matter.
I have sent 3 tickets in total.
2 of them they pasted the same message and closed the ticket and in the 3rd one they told me all information was provided to me therefore the request is getting closed.
It is clearly seen in my messages that I'm ready to fully cooperate and provide any information they need from me to proof the ban was falsely put on my account.
Unfortunately without success... they didn't ask for any proof / information , not even pointed a specific deal which resulted in my ban.
All they say is that I have been reported by members of the steam community and they banned me.
Any help to bring more awareness to the case would be highly appreciated, even a simple retweet.
I don't think anyone deserves to be put in such situation and don't even get a clarification / cooperation from the support, not me nor any of my colleagues traders, who provide safe & reliable skin services to the whole Counter-Strike community.
@Steam @valvesoftware , please look into your tickets so we could clear up any misunderstandings, I'm ready to cooperate in any way needed.
