As a headteacher I tried to run an inclusive school. We had 2 pupils with #DownSyndrome with us from Nursery to Yr6.
One day I walked into my office & found a 10yr old DS girl sitting at my desk.
She said she was the headteacher today & I could help her if I wanted to.
