@SW_Help Hi a couple months back i booked tickets from GLD-PMH but the engineering works on that day aren’t going ahead now so ideally i’d need to travel from WOK, is there any way i can refund the tickets or change them considering the circumstances there advance singles

@SW_Help Good Evening, I have travelled on the affected 1L73 service I can see the train is showing it arrived into WOK at 22:59 but we actually couldn’t get off the service until 23:04 because we had to attach to another unit Does this qualify for delay repay 1/2

@SW_Help Why on your app does it say the 09:51 from WOK-WAT is empty with plenty of seats when it is infact full and standing with no room?? It’s very misleading @swtrains_watch

@SW_Help the guard on 2L09 yesterday over the tannoy was excellent explaining the delay reason, giving us the trains details to claim delay repay and he was very apologetic for the delay @swtrains_watch

@CrossCountryUK @AvantiWestCoast Hi my friend was on a delayed XC train by 28 minutes then he had a connection to make on a AWC train which was running late as well He’s overall gonna arrive into his final station about 90 minutes 1/2

@SW_Help How can catering staff being unavailable mean reduced toilet facilities SWR doesn’t even do catering anymore!

@TfL I was on a northern line underground train yesterday and the train pulled into Waterloo stopped, the doors didn’t open then after a minute later the train jolted forward stopped again and the doors didn’t open for about another minute Why could of have this happened?

@StagecoachSouth the driver driving 10437 SK15 HCZ on the 15:15 10 to Chineham yesterday was extremely helpful in giving me directions to get back into Basingstoke town centre as I got lost He was extremely helpful and very friendly! An excellent driver who deserves recognition
