After much contemplation whether our virtual wine-tasting with @BestyMike MW (pic) & @nywines will go ahead, we've decided to proceed. The focus have shifted from celebration to community, inline with the global tone. Registration fees will be donated to @decappeal .

Some people seem keen to knock English wine - others, like Robin Hutson & the 1,500-strong team at The Pig hotels are doing just the opposite: celebrating the stuff & the scene, selling it by the bucket load & even planting their own vineyard...cheers to that, I say 😀🥂🙏💥
