something strange happened with the Binance hack
the hacker sold $35M in $PEPE in batches to avoid a huge dump of the coin and extract as more as possible
the coin did only a -12%, even though he sold 7.7% of the supply
but I have a question:

the only explanation is that Binance was supporting the PEPE chart or else this cannot be explained
