WTA Toronto 🎾 Sabalenka/Alexandrova over 20.5 games | -110 Alexandrova ML vs Sabalenka | +400 Alexandrova's "falloff" was due to a run of injuries but she appears fully fit now and when healthy she’s more than capable of beating Sabalenka, as their H2H record shows She retired in Memphis (heat related, not injury) and had to be carried off court in a wheelchair after passing out. This is EXTREMELY CRINGE & EMBARRASSING. Especially for a pro athlete, it’s rock bottom. When something like that happens, your PRIDE just has to kick in. And it has. This is the real reason I knew she would bounce back and beat Osorio and why her results in Toronto aren’t surprising to me Obviously Alexandrova needs to play well tonight or she’s cooked. Serve well, avoid the double faults & long rallies blah blah But I do think she’s live for the upset. Also I’m bearish on Sabalenka post-engagement as I’ve said before

Didn't watch her loss to Sakkari last week but I assume she still wasn't 100% Also with Iga ending her season, Kostyuk has locked up the first alternate spot for WTA Finals. Not really much to play for here and if she isn't 100% idk how good the effort will be
