JUST IN: In a deeply embarrassing and un-American court filing, the Trump regime is now arguing that CNN, MS NOW, and Politico can be stripped of White House access in the name of “national security.”
In the new filing, DOJ argues that even reporting that is accurate but contains sensitive national security information can cause harm, and says limiting reporters’ physical access can reduce their ability to obtain such information.
The DOJ uses Donald Trump’s deranged Truth Social posts in the filing to make its argument.
The regime is asking the judge to reject the outlets’ emergency bid to restore their White House access and is also arguing that longstanding precedent protecting press access was “wrongly decided.”
In other words, the Trump regime is afraid of the American people learning the realities of the failed war in Iran and Trump’s disastrous presidency.

President Donald Trump said Tuesday at the United Nations that he is changing the term "artificial intelligence" to "super intelligence" because it's "more accurate," as he dismissed global concerns about the technology and its effects on humanity.
"From this point forward, all of United States documents and hopefully the world's, will be changed to use the much more accurate term super, as opposed to artificial," Trump said during his address to the UN General Assembly. "So it's super intelligence."
His comments follow repeated warnings about how rapid advances in AI threaten to outpace humans' ability to safely develop the technology, including calls from prominent tech leaders for stronger government oversight.
Trump dismissed most of the concerns over AI, saying the people who are warning that AI is going to "kill us" are the same ones who warned about global warming, a real, human-driven phenomenon that the president has dismissed as a hoax.
While Trump said "we have to be careful" with AI, he said the U.S. is only "going to encourage it, not rein it in."
"I'm not going to stifle growth of something that will be bigger than the industrial revolution," he said.

According to Watters, President Trump relishes confronting global leaders in New York, arguing that his criticism of the U.N. and migration policies is exactly what puts him at odds with global institutions.
