This ties to performance and keeps the defense’s hands tied. Not having points to defend gives the opposing offense the chance to do whatever they want which makes it more difficult to defend throughout an entire game.

And by battle I mean like lyrical spar, friendly competition, with respect on both sides putting their skills to the test next to each other that’s good for the rap community. Not a toxic beef where they tear each other down and end on bad terms.
