Over the past 8 years the kindness and generosity of the people of Massachusetts were on full display. @MassLtGov and I got a front row seat.
It's what makes our people special. And it's the foundation on which we can continue to build great communities and a great Commonwealth.
Our team continues to monitor this storm as it moves toward Massachusetts.
The storm will impact western MA with heavy snow, making travel conditions difficult. Please try to avoid traveling on the roadways in that region if you can.
These investments have made a real difference in expanding access to vocational and technical education and career pathways.
We are proud of our work with so many partners to make this progress over the last eight years.
Today at @EssexNorthShore, we celebrated eight years of progress investing in vocational and technical education through the Skills Capital Grant Program we created.
Since taking office, we've invested $200 million in career training infrastructure.

We’ve worked with a wide range of partners to expand access to housing over the past eight years, making significant progress and helping our communities meet the needs of our population and economy.
Today in Haverhill, @MassLtGov and I joined @MassEOHED, @MA_DHCD and housing advocates and stakeholders for a roundtable discussion on the progress we've made over the last eight years increasing access to housing.

Glad to join @MassDOT, @MBTA and local partners today to highlight recent improvements at Worcester’s Union Station.
Today in #Worcester, @MassLtGov Polito joined Secretary Tesler and GM @spoftak to highlight the completed and ongoing improvements to Union Station and the @MBTA_CR Worcester Line.
Yesterday at @Wachusett, we announced the creation of the new Massachusetts Office of Outdoor Recreation.
Outdoor recreation is a major economic driver for all regions of the Commonwealth, and this new office will strengthen this critical sector.

We are proud of the collaborative work of so many, including @MassDOT, our legislative colleagues and our partners in local government, to finally make the South Coast Rail project a reality.
Our administration is proud to be the one that finally moved South Coast Rail toward reality, and today @MassLtGov and I were proud to join local partners in Freetown to open the new commuter rail station and celebrate the progress on this major project over the past eight years.
This bridge is a way for us to never forget the service and sacrifice of Sergeant Chesna, and we are grateful to all our partners for making this important tribute a reality.
Yesterday @MassLtGov and I joined local partners in Weymouth to dedicate the Sergeant Michael C. Chesna First Responders Bridge, a project recently completed by @MassDOT.
Sergeant Chesna paid the ultimate sacrifice protecting his community, and we are proud to honor his legacy.
The success of the Last Mile program was supported by the time, energy, and investment of our local partners in these small communities.

It was wonderful to welcome Their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Wales to Boston this afternoon on behalf of the Commonwealth. Massachusetts is a national leader in climate change and innovation, and we are excited to host the @EarthshotPrize here.
Offering students and learners of all ages opportunities to explore exciting careers and coursework through Early College programming is critical to not just their success, but the continued and future success of the Massachusetts workforce.
