#SugarFactWednesday Most Americans aren't familiar with the Dietary Guidelines recommendations for added sugars intake. and thus don’t exactly understand how sugar fits into a balanced diet. Every Wednesday in April we will share #SugarInBalance numbers, all from the Dietary Guidelines. We begin today with the number 10. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend that less than 10% of your daily caloric intake come from added sugars.

More than 60 fires and 3,500 acres have burned this week across the state. Saturday's weather forecast will exacerbate our already ripe fire conditions.
Take steps to prevent a harvest fire 🔥🚜
1. Service your machines daily based on the owner's manual. Grease and lubricate bearings and chains and look for areas of excessive wear and damage.
2. Use an infrared thermometer to monitor bearings.
3. AVOID combining during fire conditions. Low relative humidity + high temps + wind = High Fire Risk
4. Clean harvest debris from machinery regularly to prevent material from catching fire.
