The ground game was elite tonight with 304 yards and 7.6 yards per carry. Watson is scary good, Chambers is a nice change of pace back, and Swint is a really good back when his number is called too.
Now that conference play is starting, we’re not going to be able to run like that on other Big 12 teams. With what I saw from Keyone, I’m not comfortable with him taking snaps moving forward. Kaleb or Rocco should get a shot.
As for the defense, I honestly don’t know what happened. Credit to Georgia State because they punched us in the face a fair share.
At the end of the day, a win is always better than a loss. On to TCU.
