Tragic that @MassGovernor, Maura Healey, has enacted a law that could end the lives of babies in the womb up to the moment they are born. We marched for nearly 50 years to overturn Roe, and we will keep marching for as long as it takes to ensure that extreme, barbaric laws like this one are eradicated.
BARBARIC: Massachusetts Abortion Up Until Birth Bill Becomes Law
Today, Massachusetts @MassGovernor signed a bill allowing abortion at any point in pregnancy.

The March for Life powers the pro-life movement toward a future that supports every woman and protects every child. We’re so grateful to Jennie Bradley Lichter for stepping up to lead this essential work and are excited for this next chapter for her and her family!

What was the date of your last period? When did you get a positive pregnancy test?
These are some of the questions you answer before abortion drugs are mailed to your home. No way to verify either one.
Less than a minute. That's all it takes to order these pills. No doctor in the room. No one checking on you. No one there if something goes wrong.
Across the country, women are taking abortion drugs alone, guided by nothing but misleading instructions on a screen.
Women deserve better than this. They deserve to be seen, to be safe, to be told the truth.
See what was uncovered.

It’s been four years since Dobbs, a decision that finally did away with the deadly falsehood that our Constitution protects a right to abortion. Dobbs changed the battlefield in the fight for life, and we march in the states as well as in Washington because a life in California is just as worthy as a life in Alabama. Join us in a movement that shows up for women, for families, and for life, a movement that won’t stop until every woman has the support she needs and every life is protected as the gift it is.

I am floored that a majority of the Court issued an order in the mifepristone case with no explanation.
The Fifth Circuit's decision to take abortion-by-mail off the table during the pendency of litigation was well-reasoned and thorough. The parties filed briefs in the SCT making various arguments. What's the rationale for the Court's decision to "stay" (cancel, essentially) the Fifth Circuit's order? The Court doesn't tell us.
As Justice Alito says in his dissent, abortion-by-mail is an end run around Dobbs, which restored the rights of the individual states to regulate abortion access within their borders.
Onward.

🚨 Lies. Deception. Misinformation.
That’s what the abortion-by-mail industry is built on.
* Handwritten envelopes
* Deceptive return addresses
* Unlabeled pills in plastic baggies
* Instructions sent by email explicitly directing young women to LIE to their doctors if they need to seek emergency medical care
Abortion drug dealers don't care about women. They are sacrificing women’s health and safety at the altar of ideology.

Planned Parenthood claims to support women, yet its latest annual report reveals the truth. In 2024, Planned Parenthood broke its own record and performed 434,450 abortions. This number represents a profound loss of life and carries with it immeasurable grief and pain. While ending the lives of hundreds of thousands of little babies and harming women in the process, Planned Parenthood was also scaling back women’s healthcare services like cancer screenings, pap tests and preventive care.
Women deserve better. They deserve real support, meaningful resources, genuine compassion and authentic healthcare that empowers them, not a "fix" that puts their life on the line and ends the life of their baby.
At the March for Life, we are committed to fostering a culture that affirms the dignity of every human life. We will always stand with every woman and for every child, and we will not rest until abortion is illegal and unthinkable.

What today's DOJ report reveals about enforcement of the FACE Act during the Biden Admin isn’t pretty.
Biden DOJ worked hand-in-glove with pro-abort groups to monitor & track pro-life advocates, looking for any opportunity to criminalize their activity.
And DOJ took seriously inequitable approaches to sentencing for pro-life FACE Act defendants versus (many fewer) pro-aborts charged with attacking pro-life orgs: DOJ sought sentences over twice as long for pro-lifers.
This is deeply offensive.
One thing we'd add to the record: the National March for Life has always been a place of peace and joy, not division or extremism. Marchers from across our nation experience this firsthand, year after year.
TODAY: The Justice Department’s Weaponization Working Group published a report detailing the Biden Administration’s weaponization of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
“This Department will not tolerate a two-tiered system of justice,” said Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. “No Department should conduct selective prosecution based on beliefs. The weaponization that happened under the Biden Administration will not happen again, as we restore integrity to our prosecutorial system.”

Happy International Women’s Day! We’re so inspired by our President, @JennieMFL, who leads with courage, compassion, strength, and love. Beyond all she does for the March for Life, she’s also an amazing mom to three amazing kids! We’re grateful for her leadership today and every day—and we celebrate all women and the many ways they live out their own unique callings!

In our work every day, we see the unique ways women nurture life and shape the world through love and compassion. From mothers and grandmothers to mentors and caretakers, women have always been the quiet foundation of families, communities, and generations to come. This International Women's Day, we celebrate the resilience and the unwavering strength women carry within them!

Last week as we were heading into the 2026 National March for Life it was encouraging to see the House act for life! The passage of H.R. 6945 puts real support for pregnant and parenting women into action. Pregnancy centers delivered over $450M in care nationwide in 2024 (@LozierInstitute), and this bill gives states more opportunity to support moms, babies, and families.

Why do we March for Life?
Because we hold these truths to be self-evident: that all of us are created equal; that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights; and that the first among them is the right to life.
As the product of an unplanned teen pregnancy, I have always been profoundly grateful that my young parents understood those principles.
What an encouragement it is to see millions of Americans today standing together for the sanctity of human life.

Too many colleges push pregnant students towards abortion. Too many voices tell young women that if they have a baby they won’t be able to finish their degree.
@SenAshleyMoody’s Pregnant Students’ Rights Act ensures that colleges help students have their baby & stay in school. This bill will save lives and is so important for making sure student moms hear from their schools: “you’ve got this. And we’re going to help you.”
Navigating college can be challenging, and unfortunately women who become pregnant can feel pressure choosing between bringing life into this world or academic failure. No one should have to make this decision. My Pregnant Students’ Rights Act ensures students know what resources and support are available to them to stay in school, succeed, and care for their new baby.

Contrary to Democrats’ baseless claims, @RepAshleyHinson’s Pregnant Students’ Rights Act ensures every student knows her rights and available resources if she chooses to carry a baby while pursuing an education. Fortunate to have Dr. @RepBobOnder on the Committee to underscore the importance of this bill.
