The player in question is in an onside position on the initial shot that is saved. If the player I circled above touched the ball between the save and the final shot, offside for interfering with an opponent. If there's no touch, good goal.
What we need is an angle that proves the circles player touched the ball. It doesn't need to be a controlled touch. It can just be a slight deflection after he whiffs. But if he does touch it, even the slightest bit, I have an offside offense as described above.
