No surprise: Prop G, the measure to let cars back onto the Great Highway, lost badly. It was down 63-37 after Tuesday's results. Here's something though: The precincts immediately adjacent to the park, they bucked the Westside pro-G trend & voted to keep Sunset Dunes.

Gary McCoy was winning in every precinct of District 8 after Tuesday night. He declared an easy victory. Theo Ellington, in District 10, was also victorious & won across the district—just one precinct was going for rival DJ Brookter as of Tuesday's final vote drop.

Prop I, the measure to fund San Francisco "social housing" & other affordable housing, was down by 10 points after Tuesday. It picked up support in the traditional "progressive crescent" from the tip of the Haight down through the Mission and into Bernal, but in few other places.

Where did Mayor Lurie's suite of charter amendments—Props D, E and F—stand after Tuesday? All were up, handily. But some were more divisive than others. Here's how voters went for Prop D, to restrict future ballot measures: the Mission, Bernal & some other precincts voted no.
