One uses the idea of fraud and abuse as a slogan and as a way to abuse others, the other understands the facts and will help those he is elected to help. Fraud and abuse are happening in Florida and look no further than the ongoing HOPE Florida theft of $10 million dollars by the DeSantis administration from funds intended to help the author of this article.
