OK, I wasn't expecting this: the screen grab on the left is from a video from last November; the right is from this morning. It looks like nearly a year of deadlifts and squats have changed my legs a bit.

I'm not in meltdown panic mode like many Lions fans, but it does seem obviously reasonable to me to consider trading one offensive piece (we have a *lot* of targets) for secondary reinforcements.

First time attempting a heavy (for me) lift with a low bar position for my squat. Felt really good, with nice balance. Depth could go a touch deeper. 5x260lbs.

I'm still on track to eventually crack the 1,000 Club for bench/deadlift/squat. But once that is done, my next goal: find the historically worst performers at the NFL combine, and spend my 50s each year making sure I'd beat at least one draft prospect in each category.

Here are the targets to beat the worst ever. I have to do that (from history, rather than the current year), because it seems that more and more, guys just don't do events they'll be bad at anymore.
