"In individuals with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) and post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC), physical activity can exacerbate symptoms for days-to-weeks, referred to as post-exertional symptom exacerbation"

Here, short-term repeated sprint training with blood flow restriction (BFR) and repeated sprint training in hypoxia without blood flow restriction training similarly enhanced cycling performance by promoting convergent adaptations that improved power maintenance and fatigue resistance, functional gains underpinned by shared molecular adaptations, including increased markers of mitochondrial dynamics and an enhanced glycolytic muscle phenotype.

Here, 8 weeks of partial range-of-motion (ROM) at long muscle lengths elicited similar acute and chronic responses compared to full ROM resistance training.
A study by @BradSchoenfeld and team about muscular adaptations in resistance training 👇
A single hard set per exercise can build muscle and strength—even in trained individuals.
An 8-week RCT found similar strength gains with failure vs. 2 RIR, with a possible small hypertrophy advantage for failure.
Train hard, not necessarily longer.
