The "scales" on the mind remind me of @MT_Highfield's "Queries from Silverback Tower"...

Over the last week I built a bottoms up SpaceX financial model through the end of 2028 The numbers that came out are insane There are wide error bars given how quickly things are changing but I wanted to distill something complicated into something that can at least be debated * This is not investment advice!!! ** Sequoia is a major SpaceX shareholder *** Past performance is not indicative of future results

Last night was an absolute movie, and my heart is full seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces and feeling their excitement!!!! It took a tremendous amount of time, energy, and resources to bring that party to life, and it was the perfect ending to an amazing @artblocks_io Marfa week! Im so grateful to everyone who came to support, and to @AdamWeitsman for having the incredible hunger to keep pushing this space forward, ESPECIALLY the IRL aspect of it. I truly believe that is where the real magic occurs!! Now it’s time to decompress, and figure out how we 10X the experience for next year! 🙏❤️🙏

How is @spacetimedb not getting more hype? It is one of the most exciting and innovative technologies I have worked with. It replaced my entire backend stack, while reducing per-user cost and simplifying front end logic.

Yesterday AI was used to uncover major vulnerabilities in the infrastructure of the internet. It's yet another example of how profoundly AI is reshaping the web. But what emerges on the other side is very much up for grabs. We were lucky enough to recently introduce two heroes of the Rebel Alliance @eastdakota, CEO & cofounder of @Cloudflare @dillonrolnick, CEO & cofounder of @NousResearch, the creators of Hermes, the largest open source agent harness in the world. Together they discussed who gets to build, control, and benefit from an internet run by AI It's worth a listen if you care about the future of the web. 0:00 Preview 1:41 From a Discord Group to an AI Lab 8:45 Can Anyone Actually Pause AI? 12:59 Would You Trust an Agent With Your Inbox? 14:58 Why Matthew Wouldn’t Trade Places With Sam or Dario 20:28 The Dead Internet Theory Was Wrong 22:28 Agents Don’t Click Ads. Jensen closed his GTC Berlin 2026 keynote with this Hermes Agent demo as the finale. He introduced it by saying the way to build an agent is to ask an agent to build it for you, so he installed and set up a customized Hermes in one prompt. Then he used Hermes, running on @nvidia RTX Spark, to create a simulated training environment for the @huggingface Microduck. Hermes planned an obstacle course with Nemotron and had GPT-6 Astra build it using FreeCAD, Omniverse libraries, Blender, Newton, and Isaac Lab. Hermes trained thousands of simulated ducks on that course until the validated policy was ready to run on the real robot in the physical world. At Nous, we believe open source is a practical tool as much as a philosophical ideal. It gives users the ability to build powerful, complex workflows chaining numerous local+cloud models, devices, and tools themselves instead of waiting for a company to enable them.

Excitingly, I would like to share that "tips are appreciated" ended with 6 acquisitions earlier this week. The edition adds to a growing series on how hospitality and food have shaped my worldview. Thank you for loving the work as much as y'all have. More to come.

“We see a future where billions of AI agents work around the clock. By the end of 2032, we expect this new workforce to exceed 7 trillion working hours a year, surpassing all paid human work in 2026. Our Machine Economy scenario reaches 340 trillion hours a year, 49 times that scale. This is a once-in-a-generation transformation in how humans work.” Check out MachineHour.AI to learn more A shoutout to: @leopoldasch for inspiring us to to put a thesis public Cheers to the 4 Backend Bellwethers (MongoDB, Snowflake, Datadog, and Cloudflare) which are best public proxies to backend stack growth from AI Agents @eastdakota @dittycheria @marcinzukowski @datadoghq @Snowflake @MongoDB @Cloudflare @RamaswmySridhar Shoutout to companies building the long term vision of an operating layer for the machine economy: @kiwicopple Supabase onboarding millions of new developers @TylerFCloutier Spacetime for supercharging realtime category @alighodsi innovating with the mosaic agentic framework
