I really love Arc so I Created a @Shopify
Dashboard as my first @arcinternet
Easel. You don't need Arc to interact with it but it's better if you do. Let me know what you think and share suggestions on things to include. You can bookmark this page.

Sad news about Patrick Stewart. I always laugh at this scene.

I was not expecting this but every time I see an email about someone booking a consultation I get a rush of excitement. It’s fun to talk Shop even if it doesn’t lead to working together.
Well sad day. Arc Browser is shutting down. I loved being part of this community. It was exciting to see the Thursday updates come out each week. One the biggest miss for a product better than everything else on the market. If it had a subscription model i would have paid.
Not a bad day. Got my first client who booked a consultation and decided they wanted to work with me. I asked them how did they find me? And apparently ChatGPT likes me? I was at the top of the list. Not sure about the profile image they gave me.
At this point, if you’re using Dawn or Horizon as your main Shopify theme without much customization, you’re basically saying: we’re the same as everyone else.
Eventually, anyone visiting your store will have seen it all before.
And no, I’m not saying Dawn or Horizon are bad themes. They’re solid starting points.
But there’s a difference between using a theme as a foundation and letting that theme become your entire brand identity.
Even a few weeks of thoughtful design work can change that.
Built another extension. This one is an internal tool. Audits websites and gives a pdf file with action items to take to go about improving amShopify store. If you want a free audit, comment a store link below and il send it along.
Got access to Shopify and naturally decided to make a GTA-style web page.
No real reason. Just because I could.
Feel free to have a play around with it: michaelthomasmedia.com/?_ab=…
Forgot to mention, you can copy and paste Excel tables into your description. Not sure how much easier I can make it.
Check it out in the link below.

My second Chrome Extension has been submitted to the Chrome Store today. This one solves one of those long-standing problems with Shopify. Will be posting a video detailing.
Comment "extension" if you would like a test build before it launches.
new extension almost complete. It solves a problem that I have given up on believing Shopify will fix. Will make a video demo over the weekend.
Made some updates to my site today.
Also tried reaching out to a potential client on linkedin. They responded well so that’s 2 clients since starting this new venture.
Also new review on Google so happy way to end the week.

The next generation of commerce deserves a next-generation interface. The Shopify admin has a new look, with easier navigation across key workflows and Sidekick front and center when you need a hand.
Been building a Shopify Intelligence tool for my new venture.
It scans stores for theme/version, performance, app impact, broken links, accessibility issues + more, then keeps the evidence together for auditing/outreach.
Still building it, feedback welcome 👇
