Thank you @SenatorAndyKim and @NJMEP for the invitation. Our Director of HR, Erin Otto, joined NJ manufacturers to discuss training, apprenticeships, and how New Jersey can keep skilled people in manufacturing.
I hosted a roundtable with New Jersey's advanced manufacturing industry to learn about what manufacturing companies need to succeed in our state, from workforce development to tariff relief.
Bolstering this industry is essential to building the Einstein Corridor and cementing our place on the cutting edge of global innovation.
