Journals: Negotiating as a for-profit organization with a volunteer that politely declines, to have them review manuscripts during/around the X-mas holidays is UNACCEPTABLE. Stop doing that. Also, start paying people for their services.

To my Amsterdam folks: Ik heb vergelijkend onderzoek gedaan naar alle 42 notarissen in Amsterdam die de erfpacht mogen omzetten van de gemeente. Ik heb 29 offertes die ik heb gehad op een rij gezet. Resultaat? De duurste optie is bijna twee keer zo duur als de goedkopere! (1/4)

Heb je wel een hypotheek? Vaak komen er dan extra kosten bij. Deze kosten liggen tussen de €632 (goedkoopste) en €1301 (duurste). Dit is bovenop de basiskosten! Dat betekent dat in het goedkoopste geval de kosten ~€1550 zijn en maar liefst ~€2700 in het duurste geval (3/4).
