This CEOs resignation is a testimony to the financial abuse of the project. The high-speed rail system was to be completely installed by 2020. Now, projections are 2030+. California started the Train project in 1996 and did not move into implementation until 2015. Right there shows that they system was going to fail.
Hoover Dam was implemented and built in five years. The California High-Speed Rail took nineteen years just to move into production. A total failure in proper system creation, design and implementation from the start. Which leaves the major question being how many leaders and others were financially abusing to cause this lack of proper productivity. Follow the money, do a thorough investigation.
