As an (adult) Internal Medicine doctor, I never call my infant daughter "exclusively breastfed". I instead refer to her as "total parental nutrition dependent". #TPN #MDparent #internalmed
I make chili the same way I manage SIADH:
1. Limit free water
2. Ensure adequate salt
3. Give the beans time to do their thing.
