Since everyone is engagement baiting claiming Chris Evans is playing "evil Steve Rogers" or Hydra Cap, this is how Steve Rogers plays into the plot of Avengers: Doomsday and he's the same 616 Steve you've known since The First Avenger:
In Avengers: Endgame Steve goes back to 1947 to be with Peggy. Since he wasn't supposed to do that, it'd create a branch timeline that the (pre-Loki Season 2) TVA would prune.
At some point after his son James is born, TVA Loki (again before the end of Loki Season 2) comes to him to explain the situation to him. But since he's Steve Rogers and saved the universe with the Avengers, Loki offers him something of a witness relocation to a universe where there is no Steve Rogers. He sends Steve, Peggy, and James to 828 (the F4 universe) where the three of them live in peace for a decade.
What Loki didn't know is that someone being in a universe they don't belong causes an Incursion. Someone who has figured that out is Doom, who has been studying Incursions for a long time and has deduced that the next one is going to hit 828. He goes to Reed to see if they could find someone who doesn't belong in their universe, which leads them to Steve.
Doom has a plan (of course it's a diversion from his real evil plan) to stop incursions but they need to go 616. They take Steve with them because he can convince the heroes of Earth to go along with Reed and Doom's plan.
The "miracle" Thor is talking about in the trailer isn't Steve. It's about the plan to stop the universes from colliding into each other as the death of every universe is a bigger threat than anyone has ever faced.

Again with this myth (which went viral again when Marcia passed). George Lucas was involved in the editing process every step of the way.
The entire editing process is documented nearly down to the minute in J.W. Rinzler's The Making of Star Wars.
The first editor on the movie was Joe Jympson who worked on a rough cut during filming, but George fired him before filming was completed.
In August of 1976 after filming was finished; Marcia Lucas, Richard Chew, and George started working on the first cut of the movie. Paul Hirsch would join the movie later.
The first cut was done by October/November and included everything from the script (the scene with Lukes friends and the Jabba scene) with the Death Star battle edited with WWII footage instead of effects.
After that first cut is when they removed the Luke's friends scene and Jabba. Marcia Lucas left the movie in late November 1976 while Chew and Hirsch worked on the second cut in December.
In January of 1977 Chew left the movie, leaving Hirsch as the only editor with George. The third cut was completed that month, and that's the one that John Williams worked off of and the one that George showed his friends.
The cut his friends hated happened months after Marcia Lucas left the movie when it was just George and Hirsch editing. And they hated it because it was unfinished, not because they were laughing at the trench run.
Based on their feedback, George re-wrote the opening crawl and shuffled around early Death Star scenes to improve the pacing. He was then able to add in matte paintings and VFX for a successful Final Cut in March 1977.
People were so desperate for Xbox to go away and for Sony to have zero competition, and then Sony decided to eliminate discs.
Now that the narrative has been sent out and it's OK for Sony to be all digital, we're back to demanding that Xbox go away.
Branding this as a “reset” feels like softer language for a much bigger transition. I think we're watching XBOX, in real time, gradually move away from the traditional platform holder model toward becoming a full publisher, without creating one massive shock to XBOX fans.
Did Xbox enter this “100 day reset” expecting different results, but only to discover that the problems required a much deeper transformation of the business? Asha did say she was going to look at everything pragmatically.
Either way, something is up. When you go from specifically talking about the “next 100 days” to now saying there’s no real timeframe for when the reset ends, that change in tone is worth paying attention to.
