The good news is there’s no such issue with units we’re selling on official stores right now. We know this is frustrating, and we’re so sorry for the hassle this has caused you. We can’t say for sure exactly how many units are affected, so we’re making it right for everyone in this batch to make sure no one gets stuck with a problem down the line. Here’s what we’re doing for you: - 4 brand new AMS 2 Pro Feeder Units, on us. We’re covering all the cost of the parts and shipping, so you don’t have to pay a cent. Right now we’re getting all the parts prepped, so the new units will be sent out in batches over the next 3-5 weeks. If your current feeder is still working fine, you can keep using it until the new ones arrive, then check how worn your old one is before you decide to swap it out. - $20 discount code for your next Bambu Lab purchase. The exact amount will match the equivalent value for your local currency. - Extended warranty for your new feeders. When you get the new units, your 3-month warranty will start fresh from the day you receive them. Swapping out the feeders yourself won’t affect the warranty on the rest of your AMS, either.
