Brands focus a lot on customer experience of onboarding and making the entry to adoption easier. But seldom do they focus on customer exit scenarios. For example @ATT, getting their wireless service is super easy, but closing one is the MOST cumbersome thing on the planet 🤮 – at Mountain View, CA

How is this even possible? I have to wait 4 years to get a green card for which I have been waiting for 11 years now? @USCIS @POTUS @VP. USCIS is on track to waste a lot of visas for which people have been waiting for a decade. @RepZoeLofgren #EagleAct is the only solution.
