Shaking off the cobwebs and trying out my new Sailor Fude de Mannon nib pen. Very cool pen. Very versatile line weight. I also used a #Derwent water brush pen for the wash. Anyway, enjoy! #darthvader #drawing #sailorfudedemannen #ink #starwars #sithsunday

Finally had a chance to try out the #pleinairpainting rig I cobbled together a couple of months ago. First time trying this, so I’m pretty happy with the result. #gouache #painting #pleinair

I’ve been watching @jamesgurneyart #pleinair videos and it’s really given me the itch to try it out. I had an old tabletop easel and a tripod already. I spent about $20 on a mounting plate adapter and some screws. Hopefully I’ll find the time to try it out soon. #painting #easel
