Newman Nyamhuri was absolutely outstanding on that road of a pitch. He deserves all the accolades and best wishes that is about to come his way. May he grow from strength to strength.
Rahmat Shah finally out and a reward for Cremer's toiling. Looks like we're heading for a draw here but 🇦🇫 could yet make a game of this if they rip through our top order. We will need to bat positively but carefully. No unnecessary risks
500 up. Well done lads. Seeing some turns for the spinners now. Cremer and Naqvi will be loving the sight of that
Easy to forget that Cremer is a test centurion. He was batting very well shortly before his first retirement. I hope he still has some of that quality in his locker. We need to get past 500
I like the player that Tsiga is becoming. When he first broke through he was very apprehensive and sheepish but he's grown a lot since then and looks to be in full control whenever he bats. I like what I'm seeing from him
Disappointing end to Bennett's knock but a very impressive inning nonetheless. A proper captain's vigil. Well played capo.
Ridiculous appeal from Afghanistan for a ball pitching way outside leg that would have missed a 2nd set of stumps. 🤦♂️
Bennett looks so composed and controlled out there. A bit premature to say this but a double 💯 could be on the cards here if someone stays out there with him. He looks very unfazed. Tsiga has to back himself to play that role
400 up. 🇿🇼 400-6. Lots of run still available out there. Minimum target should be 450 here but we need to push on and get as close to 500 as we can. Bennett and Tsiga need to stick around past lunch
Captain Brian Bennett!!! 💯. The starboy is back with a bang. Brilliant century on his Test captaincy debut and batting at 4. Superb knock captain. More work to be done though. Lets get as close to 500 as we possibly can.
