Yes, this should be front page news.
Assaulting anyone is a crime, and this incident showed exactly how Reform members treat women.

Half of England is in drought. 40% of us are under a hosepipe ban. Here’s what the water companies did with the 35 years they were given:
💧 2.87 billion litres leaked every single day. Nearly one in five litres put into supply, lost.
💧 A national hosepipe ban saves about 577 million litres a day. Five times less than they leak. They ration us to cover their own failure.
💧 25 reservoirs sold off. Not one major new reservoir built since 1992.
💧 England faces a 5 billion litre a day shortfall in public water supply by 2055.
💧 £85 billion paid out in dividends since privatisation.
💧 £0 of debt in 1989. Over £70 billion now. Borrowed against your bills, to pay their shareholders.
💧 Almost a third of your bill goes on servicing that debt and paying dividends. Not on pipes.
💧 Thames Water took a £3 billion rescue loan at 9.75% interest. You pay for that too.
💧 £25.3 million in pay for chief executives and finance directors last year, up on the year before, despite a bonus ban. Thames handed £4.1 million to senior staff the ban didn’t cover.
They didn’t fail to fix the pipes because it was hard. They didn’t fix them because leaking is cheaper than investing, and the money got pissed away to the assorted circus of vulture capital.
We don’t need better regulation of them. We don’t need tighter control of them. We need to own it.
Public ownership. Nothing less.
Since Thames Water introduced a hosepipe ban 17 days ago they have now leaked 9,921,459,817 litres of water from their badly maintained, underinvested, cracked old network of pipes.

Yep the EA are up to their old tricks again. The EA are charging Coca-Cola £6,070 a year to abstract water from the north of England which Coca-Cola then sells for £30 million.
Did I mention that according to the EA by 2050 in England we will need to find another 5 billion litres of water per day just to keep our taps running and to try and save our chalk streams.
What a hoax of a regulator.

Starmer should immediately & unequivocally ban access to British airspace to US warplanes. The UK must not be accomplice to a US President who is threatening more war crimes. Period.

Donald Trump's latest shocking threats against Iran would amount to war crimes.
The UK cannot be complicit. Keir Starmer must withdraw US access to UK air bases now.

Public ownership of water:
Workers back it. The public backs it. It’s common sense.
The Government needs to get to it, right away.

Any trade deal negotiated with Trump should be put to a vote in Parliament, especially when British farming, online safety and our NHS are on the line.
Labour’s own policy paper from 2021 called for Parliament to have a vote on trade deals. We must now hold them to their word.

Parliament must get a vote on any US trade deal.
Blocking MPs from a say on selling out our NHS or undercutting our farmers would be straight out of Trump's anti-democratic playbook.

ALT Ed Davey speaking passionately, above him is a quote that reads: Blocking MPs from voting on a US trade deal would be straight out of Trump's anti-democratic playbook. Labour MPs should make clear to the PM they won't let him sell out our NHS, undercut farmers or weaken protection for children online. Parliament must get a vote.
