All Elite Wrestling is saddened to announce the passing of Benjamin Satterley, aka Pac. A native of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Satterley began his wrestling career in 2004 and went on to perform for wrestling organizations all over the world, captivating fans with innovative high-flying moves and incredible in-ring ability. Pac signed with All Elite Wrestling in 2019 and held multiple AEW Championships and competed in some of the most memorable matches in AEW history. Our condolences go out to Satterley’s family, friends and fans.

Tough game to analyze for Iowa State. You cannot get down 24-3 to a Utah team that good. Iowa State isn’t built to play from three scores down, and the Cyclones were pretty much dominated in the first 30 minutes. That’s hard to get past when looking back at this one. But two things can be true. You can be frustrated with how Iowa State started and encouraged by the response. To climb back into it and make that a real game late in the fourth quarter took some serious fight. This team has a lot of character, and should pay dividends at some point in the Big 12 season. The challenge now is turning that second-half response into something Iowa State can sustain. Against teams this good, you cannot spend half the game digging a hole and the other half trying to escape it. Plenty to clean up. Plenty of fight to build on. Both were on display today.
