This Venus Retrograde has me deep in thought about value, friendship, money & love. As a Venus in Scorpio native - this transit is hitting me hard. But not in a bad way. As Venus left my 12th house of the subconscious last weekend and entered my 11th house of networks and community - it has me re-evaluating where I spend my time and who I spend it with.
I feel like I kind of got off-track this summer. From my goals, my dreams - the things I’ve been working so diligently towards. But I try to give myself grace. I needed to rest and recuperate. And yet - these retrogrades are still going strong, the introspection is real. It’s felt.
What I love about these times is it’s an opportunity to truly look at ourselves and evaluate what’s working and what isn’t, then envision what the course correct looks like.
Come mid-November when Venus (and Mercury) both station direct, Mars enters the stage to begin its retrograde. We get zero reprieve - diving straight into the: but how? The action and movement needed to contribute to the conclusion of this review period.
Astrology really is beautiful. As tough as these transits can feel, knowing that there’s an end, a light is so hopeful. Working with what’s present above and applying it to your life (where you follow/practice it or not), is where the magic lies.

- 2 workouts a day (1 cardio session + 1 strength training)
- atleast 10K steps (walking like 10 minutes after every meal helps with this as well as the cardio session in the AM)
- gallon of water with electrolytes

- caffeine to curb appetite in AM (black!)
