I always say there’s someone new to love every time at these nights. It was Katie Nicholas tonight - I already loved John Canning Yates.PJ and Mike Garry..x @VioletteRecords @LEAFonBoldSt

A lovely night with Paul Simpson & Will Sergeant - 2 mates having a chat that we were all invited to @MrPaulSimpson1 @Will_Fuzz @IanRSalmon

I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen @martyn_joseph play since we were on a late night show at a festival together with Stewart Henderson about 40 years ago…😩He always puts on a great show and his new record is fantastic. A wonderful night at the Philharmonic Music Room

We love @JOJEHARVEY , but I must confess I wasn’t sure what I was going to make of his new play about Eurovision..It was great - daft & really funny. Highly recommended @RoyalCourtLiv – at Huyton-with-Roby, England

Our friend @IanRSalmon ‘s new play Whatever Happened to Billy Kenny? at @RoyalCourtLiv is marvellous - very moving and a superb performance by Jay Johnson in a one man show. – at Huyton-with-Roby, England

This was a wonderful event today at @TheFlorrie to raise much needed money for the food banks which are badly under-stocked. There were lots of tribute bands, so @michaelheadtreb played lots of Love covers and some of their own songs. It was a real privilege to be there. – at Huyton-with-Roby, England

youtu.be/ZUg6yzKrRXo via @YouTube This was never off the video jukebox in the Halfway House once..I was so happy to find out years later that Clare is even more lovely than any of us might have hoped. She was 60 yesterday & has a great new record coming out x @claregrogan2

I’m so sorry to hear of Janice Long’s passing. She was a wonderful supporter of Liverpool music & a really lovely person. I’ll never forget her kindness when I was putting a little book together many years ago. We sat with her & Paul at a Violette Records night not too long ago.. – at Liverpool, England

Martyn Joseph - Felt So Much (2021) youtu.be/ZrseWzErm_8 via @YouTube @martyn_joseph Martyn Joseph’s new LP 1960 is fantastic – at Liverpool, England
