What an amazing response for our first Shared Decision Making Council meeting!! We have counted up and we have 120 responses - that is 120 voices to improve care for ourselves as staff and for our women 👏👏👏
Whilst being based across both sites, we are working collaboratively and sharing ideas to help to improve Maternity Services for all across the whole of Lincolnshire 🌍
