I have dug through over 7,000+ arrest records in the state of North Carolina over the past 2 weeks. What I found was so shocking, I had a hard time believing it myself... It appears major fraud is taking place in arrest records where Black offenders are labelled White. I didn't come across this once or twice. It appears that a few HUNDRED Black offenders are being labelled as White. The option to pick "BLACK" exists and is used frequently in arrest records... ...but it seems they are purposely choosing the label of "WHITE AFRICAN" or "WHITE CAUCASIAN" to identify someone who is clearly a "BLACK" person. This is massive fraud.

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Charlotte NC after a Black woman who ran a RED LIGHT, hitting a 25-year-old White man out for a run, and DROVE AWAY while he DIED ON THE STREET... ...was sentenced to ONLY 30 DAYS in jail. Yes, you read that right... THIRTY DAYS. His name was Lance Sotelo. Lance grew up in Dalton, Georgia, and was a cross-country MVP in high school. He came to Queens University of Charlotte and ran cross country and track and field for SIX YEARS. He was the student body president. On January 14th, Lance was doing the thing he loved most, he was out for a run in Charlotte NC At 5:47 in the evening, police say 28-year-old Q'Laundra Hood was ran a red light and she hit him, hard. ...and then she drove away. She left him in the road and kept going. Lance Sotelo died right there on the streets of Charlotte. He never even made it to a hospital. He didn't have life insurance, his family had to start a GoFundMe just to bury their son. Hood turned herself in and pleaded guilty to felony hit-and-run and involuntary manslaughter. And on Tuesday, a courtroom packed with Lance's family and friends watched the judge hand down the sentence. 30 days in jail. And probation. Thirty days and $765 restitution. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting after a 22-year-old who runs into BURNING BUILDINGS as a volunteer firefighter was told he isn't qualified to be a paid firefighter... ...because he was HOMESCHOOLED. Then the city changed the job posting to cover it up. His name is Andrew Coates. He's 22 years old, in Nebraska. Right now, today, he runs into burning buildings as a volunteer firefighter for Cedar Bluffs Fire. He is a state-licensed EMT. He is doing the job. For free. All he wanted was to get PAID to do it. In his words: "Make a career out of it would be the goal. To get paid to do what you love." So he applied to the Fremont Fire Department. And in April, the city rejected him. Why? Because his high school diploma says he was homeschooled. That's it. That's the whole disqualification. Not his EMT license. Not his fitness. Not his record. Not his experience pulling people out of fires ALREADY!! ...how he was educated. The job posting he applied to said "graduation from high school." That's all it said. He graduated high school. He has a diploma. And AFTER they rejected him, the city went back and added the word "accredited" to the job description. His own fire chief, the man who has watched Andrew work, showed up to defend him: "I feel the city of Fremont is really missing out here, and in my mind, because of his homeschooling, you guys are discriminating against him." Over THIRTY homeschool families showed up to stand behind this kid. And the Civil Service Commission? They said it isn't their job to touch city policy. Homeschoolers are literally a generation of kids who read ABOVE grade level, who work with their HANDS, who volunteer in their communities, who show up for their neighbors. And this young man is the proof. At 22, he's a certified EMT and a volunteer firefighter, while plenty of his peers are on a couch. When your house is on fire at 3 a.m., I promise you will not ask the man dragging your children out where he went to high school. You will not ask if his diploma was accredited. You will thank GOD he came. Andrew isn't even fighting for himself anymore. His words: "I think now it's turned into we want to make sure that every homeschooler has an equal opportunity." That's a better man than the policy that rejected him. Fremont, you have a licensed EMT and an active firefighter begging to serve your city. And you turned him down over paperwork, then rewrote the paperwork to cover it. Fix this. Hire him!!!!!!!

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting after White female nurses were BEATEN IN THE HEAD and THROWN TO THE FLOOR... ...after a Black man who had ALREADY been found INCOMPETENT TO STAND TRIAL for previous assaults... TWICE rampaged through a hospital!!!!! Prosecutors quietly DROPPED the charges until a local TV station caught them and the re-filed them. Her name is Yanira Eguileor. On May 30th, she heard a woman scream in her emergency room. She turned and saw a man chasing a female staffer toward the nurse's station, winding up to hit her. Yanira didn't run away. She ran AT him. Her words: "He was about to strike her, and I said, 'No! Don't hit her.'" So he turned on her instead and beat her. "He started punching me in the back of my head. He punched me a total of three times." ...then he threw her to the floor Court records show Wenyou Rubin already had an open felony case from October 2024. For AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER. And he had already been found INCOMPETENT. A man too mentally ill to stand trial, with a pending felony for attacking a cop, was allowed to wander an emergency room, in her attorney's words, "virtually free, almost unescorted." AND IT GETS WORSE Weeks after the attack, the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office DROPPED the charges against him. Their reason? They couldn't get in contact with the victims. Yes, they said they "couldn't find" the nurses who are hospital employees.. at the hospital, where the attack happened... ON CAMERA!!!! The charges only came back because a local TV station ran the story and embarrassed them into it. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting after an elderly man who stopped at Walmart after church, told a Black female employee she'd nearly hit his wife with a cart and never apologized... ...the teen called her PARENTS who then BEAT THE ELDERLY MAN TO DE*TH in front of his wife of 42 YEARS!!!! Yes, you read that right. He asked a teenager to say "excuse me" and the teens parents k*lled him for it. His name was Bert Atienza. He was 77 years old. He and his wife Josephine had been married for FORTY-TWO YEARS and on Sunday, June 7th, they went to church. Then they stopped at the Walmart to do their grocery shopping. Josephine says a 17-year-old Black female employee came through with a heavy cart and nearly slammed into her. No "excuse me." No apology. Nothing. So Bert did what husbands do, he spoke up for his wife. In his wife's words, he told that girl: "You almost hit my wife with your heavy cart, and you did not even say excuse me or apologize to her." Josephine says the teenager then THREW A CAN at them as they walked away. It missed. The elderly couple, not wanting any trouble, just kept shopping. Minutes later, that girl's PARENTS showed up at the store, found the 77-year-old man and beat him to de*th. In his wife's words: "They crowded my husband, one of the adults hit him in the face. He fell down on the floor. I was terrified. I don't know what's going on." The Medical Examiner's ruling: blunt head trauma. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!
