Día 2 intentando que un humano de @brubankarg me responda algo tan simple como una consulta. Mail: bot. Teléfono: nadie atiende (en horario hábil). Chat: te obligan a tener cuenta creada. Como usuario financiero tengo derecho a que me atiendan no @BCRAusuarios?👀
@brubankarg Llevo varios días intentando hacer una simple consulta y todo lo que consigo son bots. El bot de soporte tira siempre el mismo speech de "actualizá tu app", no importa lo que escribas, y encima me exigen tener una cuenta creada para poder hablar con una persona.
