Republicans have the majority but decided to cancel their own majority by going home early until after the midterms.

As I understand it, there's more than enough oil and gasoline to go around. I mean, when's the last time you heard of a gas station running out of fuel to sell? Not gonna lie, it does happen in Florida when a hurricane is approaching and 100 people line up at every gas station to fill up their vehicles and gas cans to operate their generators. It's now been several years since I've seen it happen though. So here's my question: Why is the price of a barrel of oil so high right now, and why does it keep fluctuating so much? Me thinks they're gouging us at the pump big time.

We can preach term limits all we want but the sad truth is that nobody in our current government will vote for it. Why would you limit yourself to term limits when you can make millions off the taxpayer dime? And don’t forget benefits and pensions.

A poll from the New York/New Jersey area says only 25 percent of Springsteen fans still hold a favorable view of him.

WHAT THEY’RE NOT TELLING YOU: Right out of the gate, Trenton had no feasible or sustainable plan to pay for StayNJ.
But the Speaker got the Majority to finally wake up to the fact that crushing property taxes are driving seniors out of NJ, and gave them a reason to STAY.
Then Gov. Sherrill got her hands on it.
She slashed eligibility & even tried to yank $2,500 away from our lowest-income seniors. The battle for that group of seniors was won...but that was about it. Moderate-income seniors still got whacked and lost $2,500. The others were shoved out the door to sunny Florida (along with their retirement spending, investments & tax dollars).
Very Hochul-esque. Wonder if we’ll beg them to come back, too?
💸 FUN BONUS FACT: Guess who else lost in the shell game? EVERYONE who gets an ANCHOR check.
ANCHOR used to run two years behind, so two additional benefit years were still sitting in the hopper. Then came StayNJ, NJ suddenly jumped ahead, and Treasury now confirms the 2022 & 2023 ANCHOR benefit years were skipped. Two years GONE.

You acted like you identified illegals voted in good faith to protect NJ, until we asked for receipts! The citizens want to see election integrity, audits and accountability for illegal votes! So @MikieSherrill now wants to run and cry Trump! Ask the citizens of New Jersey and none of us want fraudulent mail in votes! What we do want is proof of ID and citizens only voting!
