Have I got an offer for you! My best loved book THE SECRET LIFE OF ALBERT ENTWISTLE is in Amazon's August promotion and 99p on Kindle - and just over £6 in paperback. This book has moved and inspired so many readers and now I'm thrilled it’s going to be read by a whole lot more!

Just started ‘The Madonna of Bolton’ by @MattCainWriter …love that his books are so embedded in the NW of England where I live…just finished ‘Kids, Wait Till You Hear This’ from Liza Minnelli…it’s quite a ride…highly recommended..

I have struggled a little this year but this wonderfully hopeful novel by #MattCain has restored my belief in happy endings. #TheCastleOfStories is pure, uplifting romcom … it’s Gay Love, Actually @MattCainWriter

I'm devastated to hear that #ManchesterPride has entered liquidation. I was proud to serve as an ambassador for what I thought was the best Pride in the world, a four-day festival that celebrated the long history of acceptance and the rich queer culture of my home city…

Friends met, protests were made, love was found and much fun was had by so many at #ManchesterPride. It even inspired the setting for my latest novel, ONE LOVE. I’m taking some comfort that on the page at least Manchester Pride will live on ❤️🏳️🌈🐝

Matt Cain's BECOMING TED is a charming love story & engaging journey through one man's quest to find himself; an every person's story of coming to terms with the world around you and crafting a spot in which to accept yourself, and love the people in your life, warts and all.

@MattCainWriter: "The gay scene saved my life. Don’t let it wither and die."
With the closure of London’s iconic G-A-Y bar, Cain argues that the LGBTQ+ community is losing yet another vital safe space.

Finished the well written, poignant ‘One Love’ by @MattCainWriter a 20 year relationship between two guys…Danny at the ending? To, slightly, misquote the last line from ‘Sweet Charity’ ‘and he lived hopefully ever after’… @bertsbooks @Gayonwye

The lovely MP @OliverRyanUK very generously gave my nephew Freddy a week’s work experience - and he’s written this article about it for the @BurnleyExpress! Please read it - I’m so proud!
