I don’t know who needs to hear it (everyone), but pip-tazo is about the worst offender for sodium content in IV antibiotics.

Really useful study to point out sodium content in IV abx for the CHF vs. PNA patients. Vanco / Zosyn cocktail can be >4g daily sodium load.
