Something regarding the barge of comments I’ve got and hate messages on how women are insignificant at workplace. Also hope it’s responsibility of our leaders to change the image of Indian “Cheap Labour”

Men army who feel women in workplace are just doing small insignificant roles have flooded my timeline.. this comment in particular is hilarious. This guy is saying.. man’s sperm gives birth and women are just incubators. Next he says gender is defined by sperm.. I mean someone is going to marry him. Someone gave birth to him.. feeling so sorry
Men's sperm gives birth and life, women are just incubators. To an extent that the man's sperm decides what gender the baby shall have. Why are you outside the kitchen in the first place?

It’s not her mistake. She was compelled to change the only features that made her distinct. We still lover her but the message it sends to young girls is that it’s ok not to be happy with the face you’ve got and that is not okay..

26 October was Sashidhar Jagdishan’s last day at HDFC Bank. Jagdishan is seen as a banker of integrity. He steered HDFC Bank through one of the most challenging phases in its history. RBI liked him and wanted him to continue. Yet, there was a missing piece in this otherwise impressive executive record: people management. How did it ultimately lead to Jagdishan's exit? Read in today's @MorningContext themorningcontext.com/busine…

Maybe something like this is also happening to diamonds? You go buy and when you want to sell, the staff tells you the diamonds cost .1% now
🚨SHOCKING - FIR against Malabar: A man walked into a Malabar Gold showroom in Bilaspur with a simple request: exchange his old 22-carat HUID-hallmarked bracelet. The staff ran it through their XRF machine. Once. Twice. Three times. Every reading came back the same: 20 carat. They even told him the hallmark didn’t exist. He called the local jeweller who had sold him the bracelet. The jeweller walked in, confirmed the HUID, and asked them to test it again. Same machine. Same bracelet. Same room. This time an employee adjusted something on the machine. Suddenly the reading flipped to 916 - pure 22 carat. The jeweller recorded everything. The Sarafa Association arrived. Police registered an FIR against the showroom manager and the machine operator. The machine and DVR were seized. This wasn’t a small local shop. This was Malabar Gold “the chain that advertises trust, purity, and BIS standards across India”. One bracelet. Two readings. An 8% gap in gold value. And the only thing that changed was who was watching. If a hallmarked piece can magically lose two carats the moment a customer wants to exchange it, and magically regain them the moment someone pushes back, what exactly is the machine testing? Customers don’t walk into Malabar expecting a calibration error that only appears when they’re selling gold. They walk in expecting the purity printed on their receipt. The FIR is real. The readings are on record. The machine was seized. Malabar still hasn’t explained why the same piece of gold needed a “setting” before it became 22 carat again. Until they do, this isn’t a machine glitch. It’s a business model.

Still feel homeless. That feeling came alive recently when we visited home after 36 years. We took more than hour to figure out the house. We were asking people that we are looking for own house. Finally ..eyes welled up. we will stay homeless ! @BattaKashmiri

Back in 2007 met her father Sh. Om Prakash Bharti on a train journey from Delhi to Mumbai and he had great stories to tell of her childhood.. he even loved Sajid dearly…
The Body on the Bed: The Tragic, Untimely Death of #DivyaBharti You won't believe how crazy Bollywood was in the early 90s, but nothing comes close to what happened to Divya Bharti. Seriously, she was an absolute force of nature. By the time she was just 19, she had already shattered every single industry record by starring in over 14 movies in just one year. She was dancing alongside massive stars like Govinda Sunny deol and Shah Rukh Khan, totally ruling the box office, and honestly, she was just stunningly beautiful and completely wild. But then came the night of April 5, 1993, and just like that, the industry’s brightest star was gone in literally a matter of seconds. It all went down on a super humid Saturday night at Divya’s fifth-floor apartment in Versova, Mumbai. What a lot of people didn't know back then was that she had secretly married the big-shot producer Sajid Nadiadwala, keeping it completely hidden from her old-school dad. That evening, the famous designer Neeta Lulla and her husband dropped by the flat to talk about costumes for Divya's next movie. The drinks were flowing, everyone was laughing, and by all accounts, Divya was in a great mood, just chatting away and joking around with her maid, Amrita. According to the police reports, Divya walked over to the living room window to sit up on the ledge. The scary part? The window didn't have any safety bars. As she turned around or leaned back, her foot completely slipped, and she fell 85 feet straight down onto the hard concrete courtyard below. The aftermath completely rattled Bollywood to its core: The Crazy Rumors: The gossip spread like wildfire across every single film set. Everyone was asking: Was it an accident, did she end her own life, or was it actual murder? The tabloids went completely feral attacking her husband, Sajid, claiming he had sketchy underworld connections and that their marriage was a total mess. The Ghostly Legacy: Her sudden death completely froze huge movie productions. In fact, Sridevi had to step in out of nowhere to shoot all of Divya's remaining scenes for the hit movie Laadla. The Closed File: For five long years, the Mumbai Police grilled everyone who was in that room. Since they couldn't find any real proof of foul play, they officially shut the case in 1998, calling it a tragic "accidental fall." Even today, Divya Bharti remains Bollywood’s biggest mystery. Her insane rise to fame and that horrifying, sudden drop left a permanent scar on 90s cinema—a brutal reminder of just how fast the brightest stars can burn out.

Even better that you have no identity that you could successfully make to share with the world. So sorry for your failures in life both in objectivity and common sense
