More distraction: new #preprint we posted a little while ago biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/… looks at somatic copy number #evolution in #colorectal #cancer. Suggests a #CNA bottleneck adenoma->cancer, & thereafter CNAs experience #stabilising #selection, remarkably even in mets & chemo.
