Wes Streeting: Britain must be ready for war in 1,000 days
Defence Secretary Wes Streeting has warned that Britainโs adversaries could be in a position to attack by 2030.
He wrote that the country must be ready with its allies to fight and win, giving a little over 1,000 days to prepare.
His comments come days after the government launched a Be Ready campaign urging households to stockpile food, water, blankets and radios.

Itโs true the triple lock increases the pension continuously. You can stand still over a period by chasing either wages or inflation as one follows the other. However-
2.5% = cap!
So when inflation beats 2.5% and wages follow, the pension gets smaller
