Day 74 of posting something suppressed until Georgia removes state law tying suppressor ownership to the NFA process. 🇺🇸 ATF again reiterated its updated federal position: it will not enforce certain NFA approval, registration, tax-stamp & related requirements for suppressors and other covered items. Meanwhile, Georgia’s laws O.C.G.A. §§ 16-11-122 through 16-11-124 still haven’t changed.
