An interesting question! From this picture, we can see pacing at different depths of the septum. What happens when we go from LVSP to NS LBBP at the same depth? It’s just an increase in output. Here is the table
CSP enables the transition of
physiological pacing from CRT to CST(cardiac synchronization therap) ; it is HB, RBB and the septal valve of trucuspid and not nine partition that can serve as an accurate initial position for LBB pacing with high rate of true LBB capture
Left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) restores physiologic conduction beyond traditional CRT limits. With better synchrony, broad applicability, and growing clinical support, LBBP is emerging as the future of cardiac pacing @MdHuang
