arvid 🥹 hoping the team fixes up the issues soon and he finishes in the points
Arvid about qualifying:
"He's [Liam] done a good job. But in Q1 I wasn't able to do the last lap. On the penultimate lap I was P3 or something. I was feeling good. I was enjoying myself. It's the first proper time in the wet in these cars, and saying that, that I was already feeling good in Q1, knowing that I would have had Q2 and Q3 to continue to find the limit, to continue to feel myself, I really genuinely feel that I could have done something really good today.
"And it just feels like a lost opportunity, and that's honestly why I'm just a bit disheartened. It is what it is. Well done to the team."

A CHANCE TO SHINE
Liam Lawson will equal his best-ever starting position in Formula 1 today, lining up P3, the same position he achieved at the 2025 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
However, Liam was quick to point out after qualifying that he actually secured P5 on merit, with engine penalties for others promoting him to third. Nevertheless, he's been a consistent performer throughout the season, sitting ninth in the Drivers' Championship. An opportunity to fight towards the front of the field is one he'll surely relish.

NOOO IT HAS TO RAIN PLEASE
#F1 #BrazilGP 🇧🇷 WEATHER UPDATE - Currently, the weather radar does not show any significant rainfall around São Paulo, though there may be some drizzle (which the radar cannot detect).
Sunday will remain overcast, with periods of drizzle likely throughout the day. Some spells of light rain are also possible, but the risk appears to be much lower.
At this moment, I would estimate the risk of rain during the race window at 20–30%.
