In exactly two years time today, 8 October, #HeraMission launch window opens. We’ll be on the launch pad 🚀 heading back to @DidymosAsteroid 💪🏼
Looks like fireworks… huge congratulations to the teams involved! Working on similar CubeSat for the last 2+ years, I can say that this is no small feat!
Here are the first images taken by #LICIACube of #DARTmission impact on asteroid #Dimorphos.
Now weeks and months of hard work are now starting for scientists and technicians involved in this mission, so stay tuned because we will have a lot to tell!
Meanwhile, in the office, celebrating successful impact of #DARTMission but still a bit worried not to receive any image from @LICIACube !
