The @Street_Fighter movie is out! Gonna be lots of conversations around the film, absolutely. But what can't be said enough, is how surreal this all was. From our small, couch acted shows like Assist Me, to the big screen. My mom & dad are both actors and they would 'Homer Simpson' choke me out if I passed up such an opportunity.
All I wanted was to add something to the movie, with whatever small time we had. Big thanks to @Legendary and @CapcomUSA_ for making that possible, and the crew in the projection booth for snagging this insane pic from the Chinese TLC theater during the premiere.

For those that know me personally...im a bit of an introvert so I dont really post heavy on socials about amazing moments in my life since im very private with mine unless im talking fighting games,sports or music.
But wow.......im actually in a movie.....
It hit me even more the 2nd time watching it last night.
My blessings come in many forms...its like God himself is doing my bucket list for me.
I would like to thank my brothers @takaNakayama and @StrumSlinger for the call, @capcom_official and all the wonderful folks at @ParamountPics for an opportunity of a lifetime.

Gonna make a longer video about this but I understand both sides truly.
This game is lazy appropriation and its success is something people don’t want to see bc it allows more shit to fly. And even though it’s honestly not that egregious, people, especially black people, are frustrated with its continued prevalence, so the outrage will be extreme over something that’s not deep on an individual level.
For RDC, they aren’t looking at themselves as a beacon of black valor. They see themselves as niggas playing games and probably thought it wasn’t crazy to just try once. Even I’ll admit, this game looks fun as hell to play. It would’ve succeeded even if it wasn’t about the hood, it’d just a good MW clone. But without that insane marketing of being in the hood, no one would know about it anyway.
End of the day, it’s a good conversation to have about why shit like this succeeds in the first place, and where we should at least try to align ourselves on the scale of what’s acceptable in the media we get involved in. I’m mostly indifferent here.
RDC gets HEATED with viewers over plans to play Hood Warfare 2, a COD-style game some call racist for mocking Black crime and stereotypes (and allegedly being made by a white developer). They were open to trying it but FOLDED to the backlash and stopped playing it 😳

Hi everyone, how's it going? Honestly, I'm not doing well at all... Why, you ask...? Because the game our whole team had poured our hearts and souls into for about a year and a half was suddenly canceled...!! I mean, I lost my job overnight. Talk about a bolt from the blue...
So I decided to make an announcement now. To see if anyone might be interested in working with us or investing in our projects. And here's the announcement.
Actually, I started a company back in March of last year. It's a game studio specializing in video game design, direction, and narrative writing. (And... just between us, it's also a secret organization dedicated to protecting world peace.)

My original plan was to reveal CRASH KEYS when we announced our new game. That was supposed to happen next year... in 2027. But then came that whole "bolt from the blue" incident... So I ended up having to move things up and go public with it today instead.
With that in mind, I would like to humbly ask you all for a favor... Please give us some work!! At this rate, our company might literally CRASH into a million pieces. My team and I may be forced to survive on nothing but cicada shells collected from a run-down park. So please, help us!! You're our only hope!!
