> Initial Cohabitation Period (1996–2003): The man and woman cohabited as a couple following a temple marriage ceremony in Mysuru, a period lasting approximately seven years until their relationship ended in 2003.  > First Stage of Litigation (2008–2009): Five years after the relationship ceased, woman initiated maintenance proceedings under the DV Act in 2008 (re-registered as M.C. No. 31/2009), which were dismissed by the Magistrate on August 31, 2009, with a subsequent criminal appeal also meeting dismissal.  > Second Stage of Litigation & FIR (2011–2015): Following the dismissal of her first private complaint in 2011, woman filed a second private complaint that led to the registration of FIR No. 503/2011. The discharge petition filed by the man was subsequently dismissed by the Trial Court on January 9, 2015.  > High Court & Supreme Court Proceedings (2013–2026): The man challenged the proceedings before the Kerala High Court via multiple petitions (including Crl. M.C. No. 5051/2013, Crl. R.P. No. 295/2015, and Crl. M.C. No. 1221/2015), culminating in the High Court's common order of dismissal on May 21, 2025, before the Supreme Court finally allowed the appeals and discharged the man on October 30, 2026.  > This is one of those rare judgements in which Hon’ble SC observes about “Agency of Man”, you read it correctly. Hon’ble SC lays emphasis on that a man has a right too to withdraw from consensual relationship. > Sad part is only in India on whims and fancies of a woman, a case can be dragged for over 20 years. This must stop. It is total waste of public recourses. verdictum.in/supreme-court/s… #Agency #Man #Right #Withdraw

The Indian Railway Ticket Checking Staff Organisation (@irtcso) has submitted an urgent memo to the Railway Board under Shri @AshwiniVaishnaw Ji, addressing rising concerns faced by on-duty TTEs. The organization notes an increase in incidents where ticketless female passengers allegedly misbehave, obstruct government duty, or threaten staff with false legal accusations (such as harassment or molestation) when caught traveling without valid tickets or asked to pay a penalty. #GenderAppeasement

“Wife is always at the receiving end” - this doesn’t behove of Hon’be Justice Pardiwala to make such sweeping statements. This bias in society against men is breeding more and more litigation as women know very well only they can play the victim and matrimonial litigation is not about justice.
🚨Supreme Court | “Forget about this as a nightmare. We will dissolve the marriage. You proceed further in life.” The Supreme Court, while hearing a matrimonial dissolution case, urges a woman and her mother to put an end to prolonged litigation, with Justice JB Pardiwala telling the mother not to provoke her daughter. A Bench of Justices JB Pardiwala and K. Vinod Chandran says it deals with such matters every day and seeks to balance the equities, keeping the wife’s interests in mind. “We always look towards the interest of the wife because in most of the cases, the wife is always at the receiving end.”

Sambhav Jain reportedly died by jumping from the 43rd floor of the Super Nova building in Noida. Claims suggest he owed money in alimony to his wife and faced debt from costs related to his prematurely born child’s medical care. May his soul rest in peace.

We honor Sujeet Bhai for his remarkable victory. This achievement will be recorded in history and studied for years as a lesson: when you are down and under, the only option is to respond with all your strength. What a comeback!
WATCH HOW SUJEET KALKAL TURNED 9-2 DOWN INTO ASIAN GAMES GOLD. Don’t blink. With the clock running down, Tajikistan’s Abdulmajid Kudiev led 9-2 in the 65kg final. Sujeet had almost no room left. So he stopped defending. He started hunting. Attack. Point. Attack. Point. 9-2 became 9-9. Then came the golden point. 10-9. SUJEET KALKAL. ASIAN GAMES CHAMPION. And remember what came before this: Hours earlier, he had knocked out reigning Olympic champion Kotaro Kiyooka in a 3-3 semifinal decided on criteria. Olympic champion in the semifinal. Seven-point comeback in the final. One extraordinary day on the mat. THIS IS WRESTLING. #asiangames2026 #wrestling #aichinagoya2026

Time when "connection with marriage" language is ignored while defining "Dowry". Isn't the judgment standing in clear contradiction to the DP Act #DraconianAct, which defines the word, "dowry"? We hope that Hon'ble SC looks into this matter and makes a proper judgment. Words in an act must not be ignored for any societal misunderstanding.

We firmly believe in our stand on this issue. We ensured we have seat on the table as defacto Respondent in Hon’ble Delhi HC and now in SC one of the main parties owing to Delhi HC judgement significantly captured our arguments. Every argument from opposition would be responded to to convince the bench……
True. That's why 2 fighter NGOs @HridayaNFH and @MenWelfare fought to secure split verdict from Hon'ble Delhi HC and are now defending in the Hon'ble HC. Few more supporting interventions are showing on the board. Fingerscrossed🤞for survival of the institution of marriage.

After spending more than a month in Tihar Jail & reportedly suffering serious health deterioration during his hunger strike, this is a moment of immense relief. Gulshan had spent years advocating for judicial reforms, transparency, and audio-video recording of court proceedings-issues he believed could help ordinary people navigating the justice system. Today, the Supreme Court’s intervention brings hope, justice & much-needed relief. > Such a misleading headline. In this judgement Family Court was criticised by Hon’ble HC on taking radical feminist approach justifying the adultery of wife and putting burden on husband on wife’s adultery. > Although for us there is no such thing as “Radical Feminist” and feminism itself is black hole but still to quote Hon’ble HC : “Radical feminists may applaud the revolutionary approach of the trial court. We say with regret that we cannot give our imprimatur.” #Adultery

He got one thing wrong, he was supposed to carve out his own path and set an example. He should have settled for zero. Now, she knows without much ado she got 10 lakh and she is going to expect same or more in her next marriage. We have many such stories of ordinary people not from IITs/IIMs those who refused to give up to extortion and settled for zero. “Alimony is not her right , if at all she must earn it.”
A guy graduated from IIM-A, and started working for an e-commerce startup with INR 55 lakhs as fixed income. His working hours were long, and the job was stressful. After two years, he married a homemaker. She was happy to marry a highly educated, high income man. They had their honeymoon in Iceland. After 3-4 months, she finally understood the reality of the situation. He basically had very little time for her. And she also started to have fights with her MIL. Seeing the situation escalate, he moved out of his parent's home and shifted to the city where his office was. Even after that, she kept complaining that he had very less time for her. After a year of marriage, she threatened him that if he doesn't put in as much work in the marriage, as he puts in his work, she will divorce him. He knew he couldn't give her time, without taking another job with a lower pay. He tried to negotiate the working hours with the same pay or higher at other firms, but he couldn't. So, he switched to a MNC which was near to their house. There he got only INR 32 lakhs as salary (a massive hit), but he did that so he could save his marriage. Now, he had a job which was 10-6. He started coming home early, and there was plenty of time he could give to her. He had told her, that they will have to cut down on the lifestyle and move to a cheaper house, and she had agreed. But, after 6-7 months, problems again started. Now, she started complaining about why they are not going as much on dates, movies and vacations. Why the society is such a massive downgrade on where they used to live before, and so on. This time, he played smart, and recorded some conversations. It was apparent to him, that she wasn't going to stay, and that no matter what he did, she was going to focus on what isn't there, instead of what is. After 2.5 years of on-and-off marriage, she told him she wants a divorce. He was more or less ready for it. He asked her what she wanted. Her lawyer said, a lumpsum settlement amount of INR 45 lakhs. He refused. Her lawyer threatened him with false cases. He said he has many recordings proving how she was cruel to her. Btw, he had married her without any dowry. Even the marriage expenses were borne by the guy. His lawyer also had secured an anticipatory bail by then. He told her, he will settle this at INR 10 lakhs, not a penny more. If she refuses, he is going to fight a contested divorce, and he will make sure the case drags on for 5-8 years, so she couldn't marry anyone again while she was young. The mutual divorce was finally settled at INR 10 lakhs, and they got the divorce decree in their hands in 6 months. His lawyer drafted the divorce wordings in very good way, which clearly stated that this one time lumpsum amount is the full and final settlement, and she can't claim anything afterwards. After 2 months of this, the guy secured a job of INR 80 lakhs in a startup. Now, he isn't going to get married. He tried his hands at marriage, and got burned, and now he doesn't want anything to do with women. This is a true story. He came to me, because he felt regret about how he had planned to have a family, have kids, but that part of life seems dark now. This was a source of stress for him. He felt disappointed with himself. And I told him, not to think that way. Marriage is not a mandatory part of life. It's just one part. And having an as**ole as a wife is much worse than having no wife at all. If it has to happen, it will happen, else he can always adopt a male child, as a single father. What I loved about him was how he navigated the whole divorce situation. He accepted the fact that he has been dealt a bad hand, but he had enough calm and wits in him to play it strategically, so that he doesn't lose much at the end of it. The 2nd aspect of his divorce were the wordings of his divorce affidavit. He has agreed that he is okay to share it with my followers if they are interested. What say? Share your thoughts!
